The first zombie we see in the Zombie Massacre trailer. He’s a good indication of what to expect from the film. Whatever it is that turns people into zombies, it plays havoc with their skin and teeth. And it apparently makes them dress up as one of Mumford & Sons as well. It’s horrible.
